On December 8th it was confirmed that Malpas JFC had achieved the FA Charter Standard. It had been an award the club had aspired to for the last 3 years.
Following a rigorous application process, the FA now officailly endorse Malpas JFC's quality of coaching (with 35 qualified coaches), Child Protection Procedures, Club Constitution, Financial Management and links with local schools.
The award will also give us training events from the FA that are only available to Charter Standard Clubs, vouchers for equipment, and the possibility of achieving funding for any future projects the club may wish to embark upon.
