Club Policies
Please see below for the list of downloadable policy and other key documents relating to the activities of the Club. You are encouraged to familiarise yourselves with these documents as an important contribution to the maintenance of standards within our Club. We make these widely available to enable parents to access the range of policies that have been developed and reviewed every season to keep players, parents and coaches safe. These resources are available to anyone, we just ask that if you intend to use them outside of the Junior Football Club, you acknowledge the source due to the hard work and constant effort that goes into their creation and maintenance.
Documents have been reviewed for the 2022/23 Season and are written with FA Guidance relating to COVID-19 in mind and the safe participation in grassroots football. As this situation has the potential to change in light of UK Government legislation and guidance the policies may be updated regularly throughout the season as required.
Please note that explicit parental consent will be required for all players wishing to take part in the 2022/23 Season but in line with the FA's use of Whole Game System, this consent is managed online.
Being COVID-19 Safe is a shared responsibility - the Club thanks all players, parents / guardians, family members and its coaches and volunteers for your support and co-operation in reviewing, maintaining awareness of and following all Club Policies and FA Guidance throughout the new season.

In order to comply with the FA Accreditation Process (formerly Charter Standard), it is necessary to adopt mandatory FA Policies. Whilst we believe the Policies above are appropriate, we support the principles outlined in the FA documentation and as such, have adopted them as at March 2023 as part of the accreditation renewal process.
